Our Laura Chenel’s box has three cheeses, a cheese knife, and Bonnie Bee Honey. These three cheeses are the combination of fresh and aged. No matter your palate, you’ll find one of these cheeses will be pleasing. Add Bonnie Bee honey to the goat brie, and you have yourself a beautiful and delicious pairing.
Goat Brie: This goat milk aged cheese develops a thin bloomy rind and a velvety texture after aging, that quickly becomes oozy. Grassy and nutty flavors are balanced by hints of lemon and a clean finish.
Black Truffle Log: An additional twist to our famous fresh chèvre, Black Truffle Log is the perfect balance of creaminess and earthy notes.
Original Medallion: Famous for its rich-tasting, bright citrusy tang, the flavors are enhanced thanks to a careful, balanced amount of salt.
Bonnie Bee Honey: Bonnie Bee honey is locally harvested in Marin County. This particular honey is harvested on Hicks Valley Ranch, which is home to Marin French Cheese, which gives the honey unique flavoring. Pair with our Goat Brie, and you have a delicious pairing!

Black Truffle Log: Pairs well with a Pinot Noir, Riesling, or strong pale ales
